For individuals and families facing the crisis of homelessness, simply sorting through making a plan for addressing their multiple needs can be overwhelming enough.
Front Steps serves as a central point of assessment and referral, helping provide guidance through this challenging time. A specialist is available during information and referral hours to assist walk-in and call-in clients to:
- Obtain individual information
- Identify personal and community resources
- Identify critical service gaps
- Prioritize needs
- Connect clients with the most appropriate services
- Develop an Action Plan and a plan for follow-up
