Austin Resource Center for the Homelss (ARCH) - Rules

The following behavior guidelines are expected of all clients and staff within the ARCH:
• Absolutely no physical violence or intimidation
• Absolutely no violence with a weapon
• Absolutely no verbal threats
• Absolutely no drugs, alcohol, or drug paraphernalia on the premises
• Absolutely no drinking/Illegal drug use on the premises
• Absolutely no trashing/littering
• Absolutely no swearing, cursing, or yelling
• Posted rules/guidelines for services/programs are expected to be followed by all clients
• Clients are expected to follow staff instruction
• Failure to abide by the above rules could result in a client being asked to leave for the day, or the client being placed on suspension.  Suspension lengths vary based on rule infraction, ranging from 1 day to 1 year.
